Your exact route, price, inclusions, payment arrangement and any trip-specific cancellation condition will be sent to you before the booking is confirmed.
Booking confirmation
Your trip is reserved only after our team confirms the request with you. Please check the date, time, route, passenger count, luggage, flight number and contact details immediately.
Changes to a booking
Contact us as early as possible for date, time, route, flight, passenger or vehicle changes. Changes depend on availability and may require a revised price. A change is accepted only when we confirm it.
Cancellations
Please cancel through the same channel used to confirm your booking. Any cancellation charge or refund depends on the notice given, vehicle preparation, advance costs and the specific terms disclosed with your quote. We will explain any applicable amount before confirmation.
No-shows and inability to contact
A trip may be treated as a no-show when the passenger is not at the agreed location after the confirmed waiting period and cannot be reached using the supplied contact details. Any cost will follow the conditions stated in the booking confirmation.
Airport pick-ups
Provide the correct flight number so we can monitor known arrival changes. Meeting point and included waiting time will be confirmed with your booking. If you cannot find the driver, contact us before leaving the meeting area or arranging another vehicle.
Delays and service changes
Traffic, severe weather, road closures, mechanical issues or other exceptional events may affect service. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange a suitable solution. If we must cancel and have received payment for an unprovided service, the applicable refund will be discussed promptly.
