1. Booking requests
Submitting a website form or message is a request, not an automatic confirmation. A booking becomes confirmed only after MAM TAXI SERVICE accepts the trip details and price through email, telephone, WhatsApp, LINE or another agreed channel.
2. Prices and payment
Quoted prices apply to the confirmed route, date, time, passenger count, luggage and vehicle. Extra stops, waiting, route changes, parking, tolls or special requests may change the price when they were not included in the quote. The accepted payment method and timing will be stated with your confirmation.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, passenger, luggage, flight and location details.
- Be ready at the confirmed pick-up time and ensure we can contact you.
- Use seat belts and follow reasonable safety instructions.
- Tell us in advance about child seats, mobility assistance, oversized luggage or other special needs.
- Do not carry illegal, dangerous or prohibited items.
4. Pick-up, waiting and delays
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes or events outside our control. Airport waiting arrangements will be stated in the confirmation. Please contact us promptly if your plans change.
5. Vehicles and drivers
We aim to provide the requested vehicle category and a trained driver. When necessary for safety or operations, we may provide a suitable alternative vehicle or team member with comparable capacity.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, no-shows, refunds and booking changes are handled under our Booking & Cancellation Policy and any specific conditions shared with your confirmed quote.
7. Conduct and damage
We may refuse or end service where conduct is unsafe, abusive, illegal or risks the driver, passengers or vehicle. The customer may be responsible for reasonable cleaning or repair costs caused by deliberate or negligent damage.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MAM TAXI SERVICE is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control. Customers should allow sufficient travel time and maintain appropriate travel insurance.
9. Website information
We work to keep routes, prices, photos and availability accurate, but website information may change. A personalised written confirmation takes priority over general website content.
